AIKey SCB dry-type transformers encapsulate high-voltage coils with imported epoxy resin and glass fiber rovings in a multi-stage vacuum differential pressure casting autoclave. Once cured, the winding forms a solid cylinder with superior mechanical rigidity and flame retardancy.
- ✓ Partial Discharge < 5pC: Controlled under strict vacuum degassing, far superior to the IEC standard requirement of ≤ 10pC, ensuring 30+ years of dielectric life.
- ✓ Class F (155°C) / Class H (180°C) Insulation: High thermal endurance allows 120% continuous overload operation when equipped with cross-flow cooling fans.
- ✓ Certified E2, C2, F1 Ratings: Moisture-proof (E2 condensation), thermal shock resistant down to -25°C cold start (C2), and self-extinguishing non-toxic emissions (F1).
- ✓ Intelligent Thermal Protection: Embedded PT100 platinum thermal sensors in low-voltage windings connect to an RS-485 microcomputer controller with auto-fan and trip contacts.
